After much searching and due diligence looking for an immobilizer(IGLA), there's a lot of fakes and phony scammers out there, i finally found Dave & Norm!! How refreshing to meet good people who take pride in their work and excel in customer service! Everything was explained clearly in straight forward and understandable terms, always easy going and friendly. When the installation was finished Dave spent 45 minutes with me in the truck patiently explaining and guiding me through the application and use of, the whole experience was smooth and pleasant, no hard up sell or bs! I recently brought in my vehicle to have an IGLA system put into it. I've had this system installed in another vehicle by another well known installer who is regularly on all of the news casts and he completely botched it, causing multiple issues with my vehicle afterwards (battery short, PCM short and TCM short) and I was stranded several times due to a very poor work and quite frankly, a lack of care. Thankfully, for this time, I did my homework and I chose DC Unlimited to do this for me and they did an outstanding job. Everything about how they run their business is absolutely top notch. The receptionist was very pleasant and was able to schedule me in on fairly short notice and I was able to speak to the installer before bringing it in. I believe David did the install on mine. He was extremely meticulous in his work and took a good amount of time to go over the features of the system with me. I was very appreciative of his time for this. The one thing that he did differently with mine is the start up sequence. It makes total sense how he set it up and most of all, it works perfectly! Very thankful for the great work and I will bring my business and send others to have their installs done to DC Unlimited! Keep up the great work folks! Simply the best customer service!
