They have a good price for matts, but i ask you have vacuume he said that yes, i said can you please clean before setup the matts, he say ok after when i go to the payment, they extra charge for vacuume he didn’t tell me before for vaccume charges, matters is not for extra charges matter is that he didn’t told me before cleaning so make sure if anyone go there please ask everything before work with them.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My experience with them was not just unprofessional it was genuinely unacceptable and reflects a business that does not value its customers at all. I reached out after seeing their TikToks and believing they were a trustworthy company with good quality mats. I was told the mats would be restocked on November 21, 2025, so I waited patiently and even turned down other offers from competitors because I trusted their word. When that date arrived, I called to confirm and what happened shocked me. The person who answered the phone (most likely the owner) spoke to me with zero professionalism, sounded annoyed that I even called, and the moment I mentioned our previous conversation about the restock, he hung up on me. No explanation. No update. Nothing. After that, he read my messages but completely ignored them, leaving me without answers and without the product I was promised. For a company that advertises heavily online, the way they treat real customers is honestly unbelievable. This experience shows a complete lack of respect, accountability, and basic customer service. If this is how they handle someone who is ready to buy, I can’t imagine how badly things could go if you actually had a problem after purchasing. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before dealing with this company.
These guys are saying prices something else on phone for car seat covers and when my husband reaches there to buy that they charging high prices by giving reason just they don’t have enough stock…… bad experience ever
Not worth getting anything from them. I bought seat covers and mats when they had a deal going on. Both started tearing within just 6 months. When I contacted them, they refused to claim anything and said they stopped selling that brand — but they’re still selling the same stuff and fooling people. On top of that, they even put staples in the seats to hold the covers, which damaged my original leather seats. Very disappointed with their quality and service.
I had a very disappointing experience. The staff was unprofessional, did not communicate respectfully, and even hung up in the middle of the conversation. This is not the level of service I expected.
Waited for ever just to talk to someone, couldn't communicate properly with them at the end of it all I jumped in car and left. The prices are awesome I just didn't have the patience to wait and wait and wait.
⚠️ BE AWARE – THIS SHOP IS MONEY MINDED & A SCAM ⚠️ I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I called in the morning to confirm if they had Honda CRV floor mats. They said yes, so I went there. I explained to the owner that I had already bought 5D mats from them earlier, but those mats didn’t cover the gaps properly. That’s why I came back to buy 9D mats, expecting them to fit better. After paying, the owner asked one of his regular customers (not even an employee) to install the mats. When I pointed out that the mats were still not covering the gaps, the person said he didn’t know and told me to talk to the owner again. The owner then told me to come back after two days because he didn’t have the clips, and if I had any problem, to return later. When I checked my car again, I realized the mats still didn’t solve the issue. So instead of waiting two days, I went back immediately and asked for a refund. At that point, the owner started shouting at me, spoke very disrespectfully, and even began lying that he had a “no return, no exchange” policy—which he never mentioned before I paid. On top of that, the installation wasn’t even completed properly. I went back right away to explain that I didn’t think it was worth it, but instead of listening, he only cared about keeping my money. While arguing with me, even another gentleman standing there (a kind uncle) told the owner, “It’s ok, give him his money back if he doesn’t want it. Why are you creating such a big issue?” That says a lot about the way this shop treats customers. If the mats were not suitable or the equipment (clips) was missing, they should not have installed them in the first place. This whole experience felt unprofessional, disrespectful, and money-minded.
