Had very bad experience designer lady was impatient and got mad at me for asking to write hbd in a different colour and different way. Even the cake did not taste as much as i expected never coming back here
I had a very disappointing experience. I specifically ordered a custom butterscotch cake and clearly requested that no artificial decorations (like cardboard toppers) be used—only edible items, as it was meant for a special occasion. Unfortunately, they ignored my instructions and added non-edible materials on top of the cake. the flavor wasn’t even butterscotch—it was a fruit cake, which I never asked for. I paid $110 expecting a custom cake made to my specifications, but what I received was completely different and done according to their own preferences. Even i made order one day before pickup . It felt like a complete waste of money and ruined what was supposed to be a special moment. I would not recommend this place for custom orders—they don’t listen to the customer’s requests and fail to deliver what’s promised.
Quality of their service has decreased immensely! I had been ordering cakes from them for over a year now, however now that they know I’m a returning customer they have been really screwing up my orders and literally rushing to bake the cakes couple of hours before pick up time and delaying pick up time. Very disappointed!
