I'd like to say that I am amazed at the service. The patience they have shown me was outstanding. I've been having a lot of issues not necessarily from their service but overall and they have helped through it all. Yes sometimes I'll text and I dont get a response back right away however when they do they stick with me till it's fixed. Thank you for all ur help. Price and quality of customer service is in my opinion 5star
Boxes are useless and very expensive.. Box is connected to internet through ethernet.. its freezing all the time..no support is offers once full amount is paid.

I have been using their service for past 2 years and it's been awesome. They are very prompt in answering questions and are pretty efficient. The tv service over these 2 years has never given me any problems. Setting it up is also simple. It is reasonably priced and is worth it. I. would highly recommend it everyone.
