Through her designing, us changing our minds a bit, to accommodating some changes along the way, she has been kind, courteous and professional and very responsive to our needs. Our install went well. After a disappointing design appointment with a big box company, I was referred to Rockwood Kitchens. From the first phone call for general information to completion of the project, I have nothing but great things to say about the job that Rockwood Kitchens performed with my condo kitchen renovation. Through a pandemic, lockdown, maternity leave transition, and installation “hiccup”, my designer Komal (Brampton) was able to seamlessly provide amazing service to ensure that I was happy. She was patient and understanding as my ideas and desires for the perfect kitchen evolved. She was easy to work with, professional and responsive with all aspects of the project and I valued her expertise in recommending finishes and final hardware choices. But a perfect design does not come to reality without installers, and the installers assigned to my project were amazing, specifically Brian. He was highly experienced, professional, informed and was always able to answer any of my questions while onsite. The overall quality and price of the cabinets and countertop that Rockwood Kitchens installed exceeded by expectations and "WOW" the finished result is exactly what Komal designed for me.
