Bought 40 amp circuit breaker, mentioned to girl who have given breaker to me if not use, I will return breaker, my electrician have mentioned we don't require 40 amp circuit breaker, After couple of days, I went for returning, one of person working in shop name is Aladdin, he told me this is final sale, we will not return and showing receipt to me it is mentioned final sale, nothing was mentioned on that receipt and told me might we forgot to mention on receipt, he does not how to speak with customer at all?,
We bought an anti fog LED mirror… we asked them if the mirror will have anti fog feature to which they (Gini) said yes… they gave us the mirror with LED alone and they won’t return the mirrors as it is a special order… the sad affair is we bought two such mirrors from them :( Please stay away! They have no regards for their own words… by the way we got a cheaper option on Amazon with anti fog feature… dealing with them can only give you hypertension…
Very bad taste dealing with them! We purchased 3 vanities from them close to 1500 cad… We had specifically asked for soft close drawers and doors and visited their store several times. The vanity they had shown was with soft close drawers. The delivered order is without soft close drawers and only soft close doors. On call they have totally and completely gone back on their words! So far, bad experience and rude customer service seems to be their unique selling point.
Bought the smoke alarm, did not work, and it was beeping , went back after few days to ask them about the problem, they didn't even bother looking it , told me to call the manufacturer company, it was final sale,
No need to give any star Worst service and staff.Material is 3rd class.Whatever material they give and if its not working they never take it back .All false promises.All tiles they have are from India and neither they are good quality.Cheap stuff and untrained staff.I bought cooking range hood from them as they said if its not working they will take it back but they never.I will not recommend to go there instead go to Home Depot or Lowes.Unproffesional people.
