Worst place to go .. the boy was very rude and feels like he doesn’t like to work there.. worst atmosphere. No good food waste of time and money. Bad place as staff is crap. Update- you are mistaken, we haven’t done anything wrong you are talking about someone else. The employee you are referring is very rude with full of wrong attitude . Don’t cover up your faults and blame others. Accept your service is poor and rubbish .
Really enjoyed bowling here with my friends last weekend. The staff was attentive and the host was great at keeping things organized and fun. Perfect place for a casual hangout or small party!

Basic bowling alley within lots of available parking. I went out with a coworker for a quick game and the counter person said 30 minutes could do 3 game which was wrong as it only did 2 but at least he allowed us to finish our time which was 15 more for the same price. At the end of our game 3 people came in and started bowling so they did the glow in the dark for them and my friend and I wanted to grab a soda and sit for a bit to listen to music and chat while we waited for someone to finish their shift nearby and all of a sudden the music changed from CHFI to something else I couldn’t understand. I know we are in Brampton which is culturally diverse but at least play music we can all understand. We immediately left and I am just happy our game was over so I wouldn’t be forced to listen to whatever that was. All was great before that moment. Made me feel like they wanted us to leave and weren’t welcome.
This place brings back so many childhood memories. I'm so happy to be taking my family here. Thanks for having it open all these years. Also the people there are so kind.
This family-owned establishment is the worst place to host an event. The manager is very rude and has no customer service skills. He also treats their employees horribly; he is unwilling to train the staff properly and is very condescending. No one knows accurate information when coordinating events, especially the event coordinator. There is no website with information for this establishment; expect made-up rules and regulations. The place is disorganized, you're better off paying a little bit extra to go to a better establishment and have a better time, at least with planning. If you want the 5-pin Canadian bowling experience, there is another place in Streetsville that has way better customer service and a newly renovated, clean space.
