He was professional, punctual, neat with great attention to detail. The blinds fit perfectly, operate smoothly, and elevates the look of the room to another level. ⸻ Review: This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The company repeatedly gave me false information about the delivery date for my blinds. I was told they would be ready in two days, but that timeframe kept getting pushed back without clear communication. A representative promised to call me back the next morning, but I never received a call. If I hadn’t followed up myself, I would have been left waiting indefinitely. Extremely disappointing service — if you want reliability and honesty, I recommend looking elsewhere.
Selling garbage quality toilets, when purchased they said if have issue thru will switch , but when it comes to it , they will blame you , saying it's your fault the toilet is leaking , if clearly the quality of toilets is very bad and its manufacturer fault , refuse to exchange! Stay away !
