I called today to enquire for a sofa, a girl answered my call very rudely. I told her that one of my friend buyed it from you guys, can you share a picture of the same in black to me. And she replied “ask your friend to share it”. So this concludes that I should even buy it from my friend only. Such employees should be taught the right way to deal with customers. I literally had a worst experience talking to her. After getting reply from the management, I gave you guys another chance. I was expecting a call from owner. But I received the call from the girl I talked yesterday. Rather than apologising for her behaviour, she is fighting with me to write the review for her. And lying that I wrote false statements. I would like to ask management to check CCTV cameras to know The way she talked to me today and yesterday.
