Great experience overall, store is very clean and staff is very friendly. I had an issue with a product I bought, and Happy did an amazing job of solving my problem (she deserves a raise).
If I could rate my experience 0 stars, I would. My family went to purchase a bed for my ill and elderly grandparents. During our 2 hour visit to the store, workers were very pleasant. We bought a bed, headboard, and a bed protector. The headboard was selected with guidance and recommendations from workers at the store who assured it would fit the bed. We bought all the items and elected for them to be delivered. So far, so good. Then the delivery day came! The delivery drivers were supposed to bring all 3 items purchased and set them all up for my grandparents. They came with only the bed and headboard. They also did not come with any of the proper equipment to set up the bed. After my grandmother found tools, they began putting the bed together. They then told us that the headboard was not compatible with the bed (even though the store ensured us that it would be and we purchased it on the recommendation of the store). The delivery drivers then refused to take the incompatible headboard back with them. When talking to customer service later they said we could not get a refund because we accepted the package. Over the past week, we have been on the phone with customer service over 16 times. It has taken that long to get them to agree to exchange the headboard. Finally yesterday a proper headboard arrived and was installed. We then realized that none of the bolts were tightened and we had to fix the installation ourselves. As for this magical bed protector… we have been told every story in the book and it is still not here. Requesting to speak to a supervisor on Customer Service is impossible as well. While the majority of this negative review is for customer service and not the Brampton location, I wish this location would have taken the time to ensure the compatibility and availability of both the headboard and bed protector prior to purchase. This has been the most frustrating and time consuming retail experience that I have ever had. 0 out of 5 stars.
Great service from in store sales to delivery team. Great customer service. Kept inform throughout. Delivery team was friendly. Came in with there boots covered so no dirt on floors. Installation was quick. Will recommend to family and friends
I purchased a Simba pillow on line due to the lockdown and although the actual process was easy I am really disappointed with the pillow recommended by the company's on-line advisors and I will never again purchase on-line sleeping products without trying them out first in the store. My experience with this pillow is does not support the neck properly and I wake up with a stiff neck most of the time .It also retain too much heat and i have to turn my head often to cool it during my sleep. I have resorted to my much cheaper pillow for my sleep. The Simba pillow cost me close to $200. My recommendation to everyone looking for pillows try them first in the store now that you can before you make a purchase.
Very helpful gentleman at this location . He was very patient while I tried 2/3 pillows . After narrowing it down , They didn’t have any stock left of the pillow I was aiming for , however I will be back when they have stock .
Looking to buy a nice comfortable pillow to help with my neck stiffness and pain. They have a large variety of pillows. The sales person was very knowledgeable and he recommended a great pillow which is working really good a bit expensive though but you know more quality more money. If you looking for sleeping stuff I will recommend Sleep Country Canada.
Sean was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and tactful. He wasn't pushy, and left you to chat when you needed to discuss with your partner. He described the construction of the mattresses with ease, as well as logistics for delivery.
