The store was clean, well organized, and had a great selection of authentic Korean skincare. Staff were helpful and friendly, and I appreciated being able to see the products in person before buying. Overall, a pleasant and smooth shopping experience. Would definitely visit again.
I just received my parcel today, I live in Alberta and got it in 2 weeks from the day of order. The communication and updates from the shop were prompt and professional. I will be a regular shopper now. PS thank you for the cute samples !
Very Pathetic Experience. Management is not genuine. Cheap way of doing business without winning customer trust and building their credibility . Even though we asked for first time buyer membership discounts staff didn’t explain that a referral code can give 10% discount which was mentioned on their in store advertisement. If they advertised this already in their store on a screen then staff should also explain it to a buyer especially if buyer is asking about membership benefits just before billing. They billed us more than $170 and by the time we realize that we could avail the benefit by our referral code they said nothing can be done because it is billed now. We asked for a work around like doing return and bill us again with referral code but they said it is not possible to return. We lost the benefit of more than $20 right there. Never seen such a cheap way of business especially when it was critical to win customer trust and building their Credibility in the market. Will not blame the workers but blame the management of the business.
Very impressed by the store layout cleanliness. Nav was very nice and informative. Pawan was also nice in assisting me with my winter weather skin questions. Thank you ladies for a wonderful 1st time experience.
The two ladies in the store were very nice and accommodating to me. They helped me find the perfect serum for my dark spots. All products are fairly priced. Also, this shop is very clean and put together
Wow! What can I say. The service is absolutely incredible. I placed an order earlier in the morning, and had my products delivered that evening!! If you get a chance to visit this store I highly recommend you do. I also visited this location about a month ago, love the selections the carry. Definitely a lot more than any of the other Korean skin care satires I’ve visited in the Mississauga and Brampton. Bonus the pricing is also lower than most other places. I’m definitely going to be doing more business with this store.
