Barbers are new, needs training. I explained how I wanted my haircut in the beginning, but it turned out completely different. Seems like barbers are doing same haircut everytime regardless of facecut.

I booked appointment with Nav on 9th of April by calling at the reception and they confirmed it by booksy and before my appointment day i got call and was told that Nav if not working on that particular day so my appointment was rescheduled for 11th of April and when i showed up at the Salon on 11th April, i was told that you don’t have any appointment booked with us. Nav told me that he is already having client he can’t give me haircut. I was supposed to fly next day and had to get haircut done into some random salon. It was so unprofessional
