I recently visited the badminton court for the first time, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. First of all, there was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the facility that made it hard to enjoy the game. On top of that, the shoes provided were old and heavily worn, contributing to the overall bad odor. It felt uninviting and not well-maintained. I have tried a lot in near by courts but there were no issues at all.
Rude customer desk, I went to get strings on my racquet and get new shoes. The lady at front desk was so pissed that she had to stand and take out shoes from the drawer. Forgot to call me after the racquet was fixed. Picked it up after 4 days. You can atleast be courteous when someone asks for help.
Fix your system, it cancels bookings without any cancellation emails and when we show up, they give attitude saying you don’t have a court and talk rudely. No sense of customer service whatsoever
I asked how many slots are available and they told me to check the website. The website is very confusing and poorly made. I'd hope the front desk would be more helpful rather than just telling me to look at the website.
A great place to get some indoor sport action. You have to wear non slip shoes in the court. If you don't have them on, they have some rentals but they're all poor quality ones. When I visit Brampton, I have a great time playing badminton with friends here. There's also a table tennis court as well.
It is worth the money. Only thing i don't like was the shoe policy which forces us to wear shoes worn by others... I preffer to play bare foot over the other.
Love this place. We have been playing Badminton here for a season now. Clean, courteous staff and well managed place. Thank you everyone at Batts for great experience. Keep rocking.
