This guy is a THIEF! Don’t go on that shop! I hired him 4 weeks ago (Sept 19, 2025) to wrap my business vehicle. We gave him $1200k deposit and he promised to start installation a few days after. He sent me a message a few days after postponing, then he booked another date… again he postponed because he dad was sick and our vehicle was there at the shop for 5 days and nothing was done. ANOTHER day again because they printed something wrong, now someone from his family got murdered. It is always an excuse to NOT do the wrapping or NOT giving back our deposit!!! We are asking for our deposit for a couple weeks already and he’s avoiding us. For the last couple days he disappeared and he doesn’t reply our messages or answer the phone. We won’t give up!!! We want our money back!!! ——///———— update case since I originally posted (Oct 14, 2025) this review. Today is November 18, 2025 and he didn’t pay us back yet. He doesn’t reply messages, call or emails. He literally took our deposit and disappeared. The shop is always closed, he’s never there. I also sent a couple letters by Canada Post and came personally to deliver. Giving him to Nov 15 to settle with us, but still. No replies! Time to contact small claims court.
AVOID THIS SHOP. I went to this guy March for some work, called him back in April because the work he did was starting to peal off. Said he would fix the issue for me and make things right. It is now into October, he has avoided me and wasted my time all summer, making appointments and then cancelling them either the day of or a day before. I’ve asked for a refund and now he doesn’t answer my messages or phone calls. AVOID THIS SHOP the guy is unresponsive and unreliable.

AJ really is a wrap star. I had a clients tank cover for his v rod and it needed the stripes done in vinyl. He did it in a reasonable time frame and it came out looking great. Highly recommend for all your vinyl, ppf, and tint needs.
Was very easy to deal with. Got my truck in early and had the work completed before I was originally going to drop it off. Workmanship is great and worth it's value. Bang for the buck is with these guys! Truck looks great! I trust the work and any warranty that is offered.

Wrapstar and his team was thural in explaining the process of applying ceramic coating and its advantages it has, I’m am surprised of what this product of System X which I did a 6 year coating and the results was amazing, if you see the shine it’s like a mirror finish. If you are looking to get anything done from wrapstar inc I recommend it they do great work and they take there time explaining and doing the job.
