Yesterday i visited in person and booked an appointment for Tomorrow 8:30, when i visited again on appointment day he was like you didn’t confirm it? Lol that’s not what i was expecting.
Extremely great service, had my battery and fuel pump module changed for a reasonable price. They let you know the costs before performing the work and give you a few alternatives when it comes to parts. Would recommend them to anyone.
Dave certified a car that I bought from Steve Shaw .. His Customer.. when I got home the radiator needed to be changed and lines all cracked .. they had put a liquid to seal the crack , the boot on drivers side , the baring on driver side .. bushing both front tires .. I was told the car was safe by Dave and Steve ..?♀️..After I had started to drive to Florida … and was stuck in the middle of the night with a car that I was told was safe “ should have never pass “… I was told these were new tires on the car and winter where still great …and they were expired and breaking down from inside out .. If they would have been honest.. I was fortunate that I made it ..I had to put $6000 into the car to make it safe … This was a Cadillac… ( they are both business owners that I never thought would have done this ..
At the first call itself I got disappointed with the arrogant attitude from the lady receptionist. She had such a bad attitude that I recommend that she be put on training on how to deal with customers. I had all intentions of using their services but since after this one call I can now imagine what’s the culture from top down. Will not recommend this organization to my friends & family. Very Poor show
My dad would always bring his car here and told me to do the same when I got my first car. I’ve been coming here for all my problems for years now and they have absolutely earned my trust 100%. Very happy with these guys.
We have been going here for 20 years and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Dave is professional and honest as they come. The guys in the shop are great and will take the time to answer any questions. If you want an honest mechanic, please don’t hesitate to call them.
Brake job done with better parts and cheaper than other shops. Dave is knowledgeable, friendly and runs a solid business. No problem in being a repeat customer.
