Pathetic Service, the lady (Karam or Gagan) sitting in the office wasted my 4 hours today. She promised that she will order a part for my car on Monday which was yesterday and then she confirmed that my order has been placed. Then she also scheduled a service appointment next day which was today. When I reached the service center after taking a out of office for 2 hours, I was told that the part was not ordered, I had to wait for 4.5 hours. Later on the part which she ordered was broken & that was not the correct part for the car. She is not the right fit for this role as she is unable to understand the customers requirement. Her senior (maybe the owner) also asked why she placed the order today instead of yesterday. At that time she lied in front of me that I confirmed about the order today. When I said that she only called & confirmed on Monday that the order has been placed and I have to visit the service center next day around 12 pm , then she accepted her fault.
Extremely happy with the work done to my car. They stuck to the initial quote, had the car ready when they said they would and did a FANTASTIC job on the repair!! Thanks so much, guys!!!
Terrible experience here, My husband got his car fixed here, Owner was literally fighting for extra money after the job done and before releasing car, also work was not satisfactory, No ethics and will always quote low at first and ask for extra money at the end, Do not recommend, stay away
Do not recommend. Had a terrible experience here. Owner never gives me a firm answer and after over 3 months of back and forth and chasing him to get the job done, I gave up. Had multiple things that needed to be done for my car. And the whole experience was a nightmare. Eventually they got the job done, but not without a constant battle of reminding and forcing to get it done. However I was still experiencing issues with my car and had to pay MORE money to another shop to fix what they said was a terrible job on their part
Took my black Volkswagen Jetta here in January after a hit and run left my whole front left bumper, headlight, and hood smashed. The service was timely, any problems were taken care of immediately, and the workmanship of the finished product was like no accident happened at all. Overall great team and great people. Would recommend to anybody!
RE: Response from owner below... I hadn't initially posted ANY comments for the owner to respond to. I rated them 3 stars based on my experience and the experience of those I'd recommended to this business befor. My car was recently repaired by Kolar. They did a wonderful job. But for someone I recommended, they took an incredible amount of time (over a month) for a similar problem, while at the same time collecting rental charges for the vehicle they rented my friend. Nobody was ever insulted. They're professional, they are just expensive and take a long time to fix.
I took my old Infiniti which has rust on either side of skirt and wheel arches. Nathan did a commendable job with reasonable pricing. The final finish is really good and difficult to identify that it is redone. . I find him honest and reasonable. I recommend to all the needy car owners out there, five star performance...Jo
