Sukhpreet kaur✨ Top notch service by her, i tried noodlebox for the first time and i was bit confused but she suggested me teriyaki I absolutely loved it. The business will keep growing with this kind of staff and service.
Poor service and poor quality. I ordered chicken noodle via take out. One of the worst experiences I had at ordering food as I had to throw away, I wish I took a picture...very upsetting
Wait time was 45 minutes when I was told the wait time is 15 minutes. Only two girls working behind the counter. They have zero sense of urgency. Seems they are prioritizing online orders. And they have the audacity to ask for a tip when picking up food? Wow. Now for the food. Got a chicken teriyaki bowl. The flavor was weak, the raw bean sprouts were not good since they tasted bitter. Also got a bubble tea, tasted very diluted in terms of flavor and the tapioca pearls tasted overcooked since it would disintegrate to the slightest touch. Terrible experience.
I ordered food for pickup, i walk in after 20 minutes, they tell me it will take 5 more minutes i waited then another 5 minutes and i waited then another 5 minutes. I started to believe that the guys at the shift didn't want to serve me and it was absolutely frustrating. Also note that 3 customers walked in and out with their food while i was waiting.
Ordering since almost a year from this place. They prepare all their meal with great care and passion that reflects in their always amazing flavours. Highly recommended to anyone looking for healthy Thai or Chinese options. Wish all the luck to a business owner.
Ordered Drunken noodles on DoorDash. Firstly the order came very late and then the food had a weird taste. I didn’t even finish it. Will never order again
Super friendly and kind staff, quick and great service. I enjoyed the pad thai, I asked for extra sauce on the side and they gave me lots. Can tell it was fresh cause it was steaming hot! :) Wouldve posted a photo but it was so good so now my bowl is just empty haha!
