Very caring open honest place to find a new family member, or just advice. It is a no judgment environment, focused on the safety and well being of animals in need, and potential adoption clients. The cat room is well kept and friendly. The kitten room is full of loving kittens wanting attention. There are dogs waiting for a loving forever home. Bunnies and hamsters are there too. If your struggling, and have to surrender a pet, give the Brampton Animal Services a call. My family has recently adopted a husky from the shelter over the weekend. The staff there were amazing! They were thorough in providing us with all the information on the dog - strengthen and weaknesses. They are very passionate about placing the animals into the right adoptees and helping the adoptees make an informative decision. Originally we were interested in another dog but after a brief meet and greet we realized it would not be a good fit. Then they recommended us to meet another dog. After seeing him, we just can’t say no. We did a ‘slumber party’ and had the dog overnight before deciding. We were provided with everything we needed.❤️ Upon our formal adoption, they provided us with so much information along with a complete health history during his time at the shelter.? As a pet lover, I absolutely appreciated their dedication and passion towards each of these lovely animals. I wish more people would look into shelters or rescues first when adding an animal to their family.?They all need a loving forever home.
My experience with Bramptonshelter I will not even tell my friends or family members to use your service and to do not donate money to their costs it's a joke and it's a lie when they talk to you never pick up the phone never return phone calls and don't give a heck if there's an animal in need I give up on them already I will not even donate one penny to their cause I have found an injury and I'm on my property 6 months later no return call no update and don't give a damn if the animals still alive or dead I would rather give money to an a cause that is good like to rescue peoples at least take care and return all calls back
its a great place to adopt a pet but the down side is it opens at 9 and thats late. im always late to adopt a cat it get put away at 4 or 5 pm. please open at 7 or 8!
