Emailed them with an introduction to my profile and requested a quote to ensure we are aligned on pricing before scheduling a call. I received an unfriendly response from "Robbie" who made an insinuation that I can only characterize as rude and disrespectful. Further, they felt the need to go to my LinkedIn profile before responding to me, which I found both strange and deeply unprofessional to say the least. They will justify the snooping and comment as "due diligence", but that could have easily been achieved via a telephone call following alignment on pricing, as mentioned in my original email. This was my introduction to this 'firm'. Clean up your act; your approach is a terrible way of doing business.

Unfortunately I had to change my review from a five star to a one star after our main bookkeeper left. Payroll is still excellent but Asghar, the head of accounting, has been non responsive to our emails when we notified them that we were canceling our account, and we were called “testy” For asking for a simple update. Everything has been on standstill and we cannot move anything to our new accountant due to their non-responsiveness. We still don’t have T2 ,which is long overdue. I do not recommend
